Like the old saying if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all. I can remember when my friend told me something another person said about me. I couldn't understand why my friend would even repeat such a terrible thing. I felt as though she wanted to repeat such words to hurt me and even though it wasn't her words but it was her action of wanting to say it to possibly hurt me.
