me on a more natural day LOL!

Hello, my name is Chloe and I'm a 14 year old girl. My freinds already have nicknamed me Barbie and I'm infamous for my pink lips, and bleech coloured hair; but it's not enough for me. When I get older I really do want to have the perfect Barbie lifestyle, it's just who I am. A lot of people resent me for this, they say im 'fake'. I've been through a lot in my life and am rather body concious. For me if theres a chance to improve my image, why not take it?

I see Barbie as an inspiration. She is not just about image. Over her years she has undertaken many occupations and could be seen as something to look up to for the girls who are acutally supposed to be attached to the dolls, not just me!

I have really high ambtions in life and image shouldn't be, but is very important in our society, and I want to be at the top and if this means looking "perfect", then so be it.

Much love, barbz (L) xx

Then Why Are You On This Site?
by: EMMMeRs

Just wondering. If you really believe what you're saying then how come you're on here? Don't tell me it's because you want other people to know what you do. I believe that you really are unhappy. And you always will be if you keep believing that. I love you Chloe!
I'll be praying for you!
Love,
Emily

Perfection means untouchable
by: Anonymous

I totoally understand your goal of wanting to be perfect. I mean, who doesnt want to be perfect? The reality of it all is that it is just not possible to reach perfection. I dont care how barbie is portrayed, no woman should wnat to be like her in any way. You have to realize that God created you beautifully, He doesnt make junk. Barbie is junk, barbie isnt real, all barbie is going to do for you is hurt you and tear you down. Don't fall into all these lies that the media has created about barbie saying that your nothing unless you look like her. Love who you are and dont settle for any less. God has an amazing plan for you and that is definaltly to NOT be like barbie.

let me see, people say you are fake ...
you have tons of makeup...your hair is bleached blonde and you use a doll as your role model....

now back to the "they think I'm fake"

does not take a genius to figure this one out

have you perhaps tried bringing your hair back to your TRUE color.....

remove your makeup to your more TRUE face

and how about finding a TRUE role model like perhaps someone like JANE ADDAMS a NOBEL PRIZE WINNER for her tireless and TRUE work in economic and socially depressed Chicago

in other words GET REAL (TRUE) WITH YOUR SELF..
or admit you are a fake and get on with your life and stop complaining about others who she the REAL TRUTH in you

Be proud to be you

Don't let people put you down. I get what you are saying. You are a young ambitious woman, who wants to be sucessful in her career choice. People should not judge you for your pink lips, some girls naturally have that color. If you get your pink lips from the lip gloss that you love and use that's cool. Just be yourself, love your body no matter what figure you have, and go after your dreams. I think that it is good that you are a strong young woman with plans for the future. Just do not loose sight of the people that are important to you or God.
