200 pounds is not a lot!
Skipping meals is what would make you gain weight, one thing you should do, believe me or not, is to eat breakfast. And eat healthy. If you're really dying to lose weight, do it healthy. Set a goal. For example. After thanksgiving, stop drinking pop, tea, and coffee. Since the toxins will make you gain weight. Drink more water. Lots of water. Then by, Christmas, stop eating sweets.

This'll help you alot.

I'm always here to talk if you have any personal problems.

Healthy feels better than any food tastes!

Thank you, Katelyn, for sharing. There is usally a reason/s why people tend to over-eat. Alot of times they are trying to fill a void they have in their life that can only be filled by God. It's an emptiness that they just can't fill. Sometimes there is some sort of past issues that need to be dealt with - major changes in life such as moving to a new school, loosing someone you care about, parents getting divoreced or fighting all the time, growing up with abuse - there could be a number of reasons why, food tends to provide a source of comfort to alot of people and it holds alot of people in bondage. It's tough because we need food to live so we struggle with learning moderation and breaking the bondage and forming healthy habits of eatting and exercise. Being even a little bit over weight causes health problems that get worse over time and with the amount of weight you put on & I know this is hard so I recommend trying to find a Christ based weight loss program that will teach you the way to eat healthy, and how to exercise properly, and how to deal with what may have caused the over-eatting to begin with so it's easier to turn the problem around. Programs like this will keep Christ in the journey and will also have people who are in the same situation as you that can provide encouragement and accountablility - you can try to find what's in you area through your church or maybe even the google search engine - in the past I have use a program that's called "First place 4 Health" you can check out their website and there are other of it's kind too - some are strictly on the internet but have a blog so you can still get the encouragements. You can also ask your Doctor or a dietician for a program that works for you - I hope this helps - in my prayers :-)
