The Pain of Luke-Warm

I have been through a lot in the 14 years i have been alive, and i have seen my friends and been with them when they were going through worse. Most, if not all, of my friends have battle scars, war wounds. in a war only they can under stand. i am in a war like that myself. i have war wounds. i have battle scars. and i have tried to stop. I did for a whole year one time (i started when i was 11 or younger i can't remember)but i slowly started. i had gotten rid of all my blades, ready for a fresh start. wanting a fresh start. but i always seem to find myself back in the corner of my bed with the knife in my hand. I know why i can't stop. It is simply because i have little faith in God. Yes i am a christian. Yes, i believe God can do anything. but i want to take things into my own hands. do what i think is best. and now, I'm afraid that God will NEVER accept me, i mean i know he will I'm just afraid he will disown me for turning my back on him... my parents do HIS work after all... and sometimes i think that i am why we never have enough money.. why we can only survive... and never really live. thanks for reading.. i just had to get this off my chest...

Dear Ginger,
Your family may be experiencing some hard times, but I want u to remember that it is not your fault. do not blame yourself. instead, pray about this situation and trust in GOd to change it.May the peace of God be with you always.

I use to blame myself for my parents problems. They got divorced because of money problems, and the money issues were caused by my health problems. But God has showed me that He has a plan for everything and a reason for everything that happens. They didn't turn to Him and trust in Him, that wasn't my fault. We can only be responsible for what we do. How do we respond. I don't know what kind of an example your parents are setting, but you could step up and show them how to have faith in God. Pray for God to help you, I will pray with you.
