some works of god

by larry
(hookerton, n.c. usa)

today i saw some works of god. his hands he held them high. i thought my eyes would view it all, but only glimpsed some sky. i saw the sun, the radiant sphere of ancient endless time, the clouds that pass so endlessly we try but to define. i viewed the light through bows and branch and marveled at it all. how god had made this marvelous gift from far away to fall. i lay upon my back and felt the grass beneath my hands, believing that this work of god someday i'd understand, how god knew where to put these works he did with his own hands.

That is so beautiful
by: Annie

Wow Larry, That is so amazing! I am giving it 5 stars!LoL
Actually, it made me stop and think about how much I take God's beauty and creation for granted!
Do you write poetry often? I would really love to see more like this! It's beatiful reminders to me that God made everything for Him, but He's letting me use it too! ;)
