Please Help Me I Feel All Alone

I am a 12 year old girl and im bisexual i love punk/rock music (mainly green day) and i have amazing friends,

I know you dont need to know this but it might help to have a little information,
When i was 6 i started self harming for reasons i am not posting all over the internet and then i stopped when i was 8, when i came to be 11 i wanted to be friends with this girl and she self harmed, so i did as well. we have stopped being friends but i carried on self harming because of actual depression, i now can not stop and yesterday it got so bad i now have a a hole in my stomach, i have over 400 cuts and i can NOT tell my mum or family i really need some help or just someone to talk to,
