never good enough

hi, i've been struggling with my life & the pressure involved in it for some time now. i never knew what to do or how to make myself feel better. but one word helped me- cutting. i have recently started cutting myself & realized that yes, it does help take away the pain. i've never felt good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, skinny enough, etc. none of my friends, or family knows of this. my friends look at me as a popular picture perfect girl, but deep inside i am truly hurting.

hey girl. do you realize that you pretty much just described me? but cutting is not and never has been the answer. yeah, it helps for a while, but then after a while, you start to feel guilty, which makes you want to do it even more, you begin to pull away from you friends and everyone who cares about you. please get help.
