Modesty = Pleasing to God

I loved your article and the sites that you listed! I think that as Christian women we are to adhere to ALL of God's Word, not just what we choose. 1 Thess. 5:22 says we should "Abstain from all appearance of evil" I think that we should be modest at all times. Scripture also teaches us that if a man looks upon a woman to lust after her, then he has already sinned in his heart. Men can't help but lust after a half dressed woman...they see something they like and it doesn't leave much to the imagination. How much more would it be wrong to dress provocatively knowing that when we walk out of our homes that we will be causing men to lust. Scripture also teaches that we should not cause our brother to stumble. Even if we don't feel it is wrong, if our brother struggles in that area and we continue to expose them to it, then we are aiding in their fall.
Kudos to you for listening to the voice of God!!! If we feel like or know that what we are doing is wrong, then we are willfully sinning :)
