"Imperfect Perfection"

I am taking the "True Beauty Challenge" to prove to myself and others, that girls, any age are beautiful. Being fom New Jersey, with the recent media stereotype, people expect girls from New Jersey to be materialistic and vain. I am here to stand against that mold and show the only thing that makeup, hair dye, and plastic surgery do is hide the inner beauty that we all have. Inner beauty isn't just showing people that you are confident, it is showing other people that they also have inner beauty, and hopefully they will pass it n to the rest of the world. Being a teenager, it is funny that you can tell everyone what you want to do, and no one hears you because they expect you to change your mind next week. I say no. I say that when someone less fortunate then myself needs help, it is not my job to look away, it is my job to look them in the eye, see their soul, and say "I WILL help you." That is why I decided to get involved in the "True Beauty Challenge".
