If we have accepted Jesus as our Savior, then we have God in our corner… but what does that even mean?

Does it mean He wants us to be happy no matter what?

Will we win all our ball games?

Each session of this Bible study follows the same format. We’ll look at a section from Scripture and answer some questions about it. We’ll figure out what it means to us.

Then we’ll look at some other Scriptures, talk about how God is for us, and discuss what that looks like in real life.

After each study session, there will be a section of Scripture you can read often before the next session. Whether that’s every night before bed, or 15 minutes before you’re supposed to be at Bible study is totally up to you.

Each session also includes a memory verse. You’ll look it up in your Bible, write it out, transfer it onto a note card that you can put where you’ll see it, and write it a couple more times. The more you interact with this verse, the more likely you are to memorize it.
