Sorry i know i just sent a question about 5 minutes ago but i have another one. my step mom keeps telling me im over weight im about 5foot 9inches and i weigh about 150 pounds. am i overweight?

No you most certainly are not over weight,it makes me so angry that your step mother would put that ammount of pressure on you,especially in this day and age where so many young girls are literally starving themselves to fit into what society has dubbed ''the norm''
Put it this way i am 5 ft 7 and i weigh a little over 180 which my doctor believes to be perfectly normal!!!
The main thing is that you are happy with your weight and fit and active,and as you didnt say to me ''i think i'm over weight'' then i am going to presume that your happy with your body? and rightfully so too.
