I really need help stopping!

My name is Bella and I am 12 years old. I have cuts and scars on my legs, arms and wrists. I feel like that if I cut myself then I stop thinking about the problem because I'm more focused on the cuts and blood all over my body!! I always say to myself that I'm gonna stop but I never end up stopping. I make excuses whenever someone asks me about it! I really need help stopping!!

i know what your going through, i used to cut. my mom found out and threatened to send me "away".cutting is only an instant relief and it isnt gonna help in the long run. you really should and need to stop. i write almost every night and that helps me to cope, try that. i hope everything goes well. i hope you stop. <3
