Eating Disorder

by Michaela
(Indiana, USA)

I would like to change the way I look at myself as disgusting and not good enough just because guys and people have treated me like it's all about the body. I want to be good enough and not care if other people love my body, but if I love it. I have zippo confidence usually and would like to work on that as well.

You are enough!
by: Heather

Michaela, I want you to know that you are good enough. I know it's one thing to have the head knowledge that we are all made in God's image, created by Him for His glory, and loved by Him, but it's another thing entirely to have the heart knowledge. Nothing I could ever say in a short comment here on this website would give you the heart knowledge you are seeking, but I want you to know that it is possible. I'll be praying for God to speak to you heart. So you can feel His love for you, and truly understand just how wonderful you are.
