hey shelley! first of all thanks for this website.. its the first time i read it and its just a blessing from God! ok so here is the thing..im dating for the first time.. im 16 and we are both christian people. I made the list with the qualities i want in my husband and my boyfriend doesnt fit all of them.. im pretty realistic and i think im not going to marry him. He says he is pretty sure this is something serious and i am the only girl he has kissed or held hands with and feels in his heart i am "the one". But i dont know.. im not ready to think about marriage anyway.. but as far as i know dating is looking for the person you will marry. If i dont think i will marry him and if he doesnt fit some of the things in my list.. should i be dating? whats the point of dating? i love him but i also want to take care.

If it doesn't feel right , then find another . Your young, you have plenty of time. Just go out and have fun, and don't worry about whom you will marry. Finsih school then get job and it will workout later in your late 20's.
