Body Image lie

Hi Am Pat and I have always felt that if I somehow managed to lose or gain weight that I would look better or people would like me better. But I have come to discover that this was a lie and I have been so blinded by the devil.


I thought that if I had a narrower nose or a flat tummy or bigger eyes i would be lovable and hence have longer lasting relationships but i was wrong!!!!!

I have only started loving myself now that I have discovered Jesus is all the confidence and self worth I need.I no longer have to stress about people leaving me I finally understand that I do not need self acceptance from anyone only Jesus. The more I pray the more I realize that the emptiness I had could only be filled with a relationship with the savior.

Finally am free!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations! You go girl! Glad to hear it! There is nothing that is so fullfilling as the lord himself, no subsituite, no other fullfillment such as the lord himself.
