I bet that this is a very difficult situation for you. Parents can make mistakes too, and some people never grow up and face responsibility. Did your mother tell you why she left? Or what was going on in her life? Maybe before kicking her out of your life again you should try to be her friend. Tell her that she blew it as your mother, and you have grown up just fine, but you can never have too many friends. If you know that you can't trust what she says, when you are talking with her say something like 'do you really think I believe that?' Hold her accountable for what she says, but do it in a loving way. Don't shut her out, but try to let her in a little bit. You may have figured out that she is of no use to you, but maybe you can help her in some way.
