acne treatment?

Hi


ive suffered from acne for years and tried everything. Nothing really works completely. I saw a treatment called Aknicare advertised on TV, so far it seems to be working great, but can anyone tell me if theyve used it? Thanx

I have not used it, however, when chosing a facial cleanser, cream, etc. it is best to stay away from chemicals. It actually does more damage. It actually causes your skin to let down it's defenses and thus causes more breakouts. Check out a website called skin deep. It will let you know how dangerous your skincare, haircare, etc. products are. I recommend natural skin products. One thing u can try is the oil cleansing method. Youtube as well as the internet can give you more info. about that. There are a lot of natural routes. Oatmeal and honey masks work well. Olive oil, sugar, vitamin E and honey make a good facial scrub. Apple cider vinegar mixed with water make good toners as well. Do some research and save some of your money :)
