(san francisco ca )

Well I recently went on a diet less than 2 months ago I went from 165lbs to 138lbs in less than two months and I did it by eating 800 calories or less a day. I'm only 5'1. I was really overweight before and now still am like 7 lbs overweight. But I feel so tired and weak all the time and I wanna eat more to not feel this way anymore but i can't cause I feel like I'ma gain all that weight back & I don't want that to happen. I know i should've just eaten healthy and exercised in the first place, but I wanted to lose weight fast . & so I cant stop losing weight I feel like this is going to get out of control. I don't know what to do.

you have to balance

When you lose weight that fast, you also lose some muscle. Muscle helps burn fat. Try to eat more protien than carbs and eat every 4 hours. Drink a liter or more of water a day. Exercise and try to stay at 1200cal .take fat burner pills. lipo 6 black or hydroxy cut. you need sleep

be careful

don't take fat burning pills. those can be very dangerous. you need to eat more than just 800cals a day. you lost a lot weight extremely quickly, which is also really dangerous. you've put your body through some serious shock by losing all that. its much better and healthier to eat healthy, protein, fruits, vegetables. don't restrict food like that from your body. you can get very sick. please be careful.

But

But I feel like if I eat more then 800 calories I will gain the weight ive lost & I dont want that to happen .

At this rate it's only going to get worse.

Hey Melissa. Listen to me, this is probably going to sound hard but you really need to eat more. Trust me, I tried eating less and over exercising a couple years ago and I also ended up binging a lot because I was hungry all the time. Long story short, in the end I ended up butchering my metabolism. This is after a period of several months but if you develop healthy eating habits now there's a good chance that your body will take less time to recover. (It took over a year for my metabolism to become normal-ish.) I suspect that's why you feel weak and tired all the time (from lack of eating) because that's what happened to me. My advice for you is to increase your calorie intake with healthy foods (Ie. vegetables/fruits, whole grains, lean protein, etc.) And develop a good workout program. Please don't do this to look like a certain figure but do it to take care of yourself! The longer you keep abusing your body, the longer it’s going to take to recover! Keep in mind that it’ll take a while for your body to adjust, so don’t feel bad if you gain a bit of weight right away. If you only focus on what others think of you or expect from you, you're never going to be free from body hate!

Let’s look at this, another way. I highly doubt that this is just about food and trying to look good. You must be trying to look a certain way for a specific reason. For me it was to gain love from others. That’s what it all boiled down to. I wanted others to love me and I honestly thought that the only way to do that was to look a certain way. Later, I realized that I was trusting in my own beauty and was trying to do everything on my own instead of trusting God and his provision for me. I don’t have all the answers, nor can I force you to do anything but what I said can give you something to think about. Please be careful, I don’t want you to go through what I did. Please don’t dig yourself into a bigger hole.

Hello Beautiful

Please do not take weight loss pills, or fat burning pills! There is no need for that!

In fact, about a year ago, I decided to do that ( What you have done) I ate exactly 800 calories or less a day, I exercised almost every day for 1-2 hours. I was tired, grumpy, etc.

But, guess what? I started eating healthy. I bumped my calorie intake-- and at first, I did gain weight, but then, once you start to eat more your metabolism balances, and more than often your weight will return to the number you were at when eating 800 calories--- maybe 5 pounds more!

Another thing- stop weighing, God does not look at weight, work on Your heart. Your heart can change in two minutes while your weight might take a week. ( just something to think about )

Your body will balance out, just feed it, feed it how you would feed Jesus's body!

Love you :)

I've been there too.

Ive been there. I was on a 1000 calorie diet and it was horrible. I lost about 7 pounds in 5 months! I later joined the schools softball team and I lost so much weight quickly and I got in shape. I recently broke my foot so I haven't been exercising. I gained some weight from that. This time when I go to lose weight it's going to be from eating healthy foods and exercising. Not starving myself. I encourage you to do the same thing and whatever weight you may gain back will be muscle not fat. And theres nothing wrong with muscle. I'll pray for you. :)
