They look and feel great. I don't try to attract attention; I wear them for me.

For you?

Yes, bikinis look good, and they feel good, any you may wear them for you, but think of the purpose of its design. It was made to attract attention, whether or not you are looking for it. It's designed to show off your body, to be looked at. It was designed for the viewing pleasures of men. Don't get me wrong, I own a few myself and I enjoy wearing them, but it is going to get you attention and with that knowledge be careful of what you do and how you act and what you wear.

Bikinis are designed to make more of you stick out, and I'm fairly certain that they were created by men for their viewing pleasure. Many young (and some old) women now days don't think twice before buying clothing, and when at the store to pick out a swimsuit or whatever think about how "hott" they will look in it. What we as women are missing is that that is not the kind of attention that we are really craving. I always like the fact that when I talk to men they look at my face, not down where my shirt should be. Women get so mad when guys don't treat them with respect when their clothing says they don't respect themselves. The attention that most women really want is genuine love. Love that really can only be given by God. When we shop for swimming suits we shouldn't be worried about how we look in it, we should be asking ourselves: "If I met Jesus today, how would I feel if this is what I was wearing?" We don't know the day or the hour that he is coming for us, but he will come. You are a very smart girl to be thinking about what you are revealing.

I agree with you. Bikini's aren't bad- They just show a lot

All my friends wear bikinis. I'm the only one out of my group of friends (well i hang out with a lot of girls so i guess theres a FEW girls who wearing tankinis) who wears bikini bottoms and a tankini. I don't believe that you have to shun your body from the world. No, God gave you a beautiful body not to flaunt but to share with that one man one day.
Bikini's were orginally made to give better support to woman in the chest area as they got older. The first bikinis, if you saw any, were modest and nothing like bikinis today. They came down longer than most nowadays.
I think that you can wear "modest bikinis." I typed in modest bikinis in google and found a bunch of REALLY cute bikinis that had full coverage and did not show one bit of clevage. They came down long enough to. I've also been juggling the issue with, could i wear board shorts and a bikini top or should i stick to tankinis? I personally think one pieces are horrbily. They're uncomfortable and just flat out strange to be in. I prefer two pieces myself.
Hope this advice helped!
