How?

by Amanda Schmalz
(Colorado)

How did I get here again?

I was on top of the world,
But I was still so alone.
Life was a dream, a daze of motions.
I never had a purpose till I knew you.
In and out my faith goes, strong then weak.
Until the day I lost the one who meant so much,
Sorting her books what would I find?
Your Word was there, marked at Psalms 121.
Reading it I began to weep.
You were still there, waiting for me.
I left you, But you never left me.
My God is love. My God is Just.
I may stray but you will follow wherever.
For you love me.

so awesome..so true
by: cassandra

i absolutely love that poem. its so true. God has never left us, even when we feel we are all alone, we were never really alone, b/c God was always with us all along, we just may not have always been necessarily listening to Him like we should've been, but its not on Him, its on us..and thats what i like about Him, even when i mess up, He doesn't, and He's right there to pick me right back up and help me get back on track again.
