So you think you are fat?
by: Simi

I know you hear it all the time that you are not fat, and I was going to say the same to you but guess it is not relevant until you start believing it. I can tell you that wasting not only your brain power but time thinking or worrying about you weight will not add an ounce of joy to your life but it will drive you further away from it and the people who love you.

And that is the trick of the devil and the mind giving you thoughts that are false so you do not get the chance to enjoy the beauty God has placed in you.

You are stunning girl (i know you were pulling faces to the camera to take away your real self) You are unique in your way and once you realise that you will never and i mean NEVER be like someone else you will start embracing who you are and what you look like, no surgery or weight loss program (which you do not need) will make you like anyone else or whoever you aspire to look like..so save yourself the money, time, and worry and focus on the beauty God has placed in you,do not be robbed of your happiness...life is too short, be thankful for what you have..some people do not have a complete set of limbs or body parts...I wonder what they think of themselves.

I guess this message is one for me aswell in all things...be thankful and complain less..think about it what is the use of dying just because you want to be thin...is that how you want to be remembered? Make God happy and thank him for making YOU!

My response to you is in love as I do not want you to go down a route which I have lost others too.

Prayers
by: Julie

I just want to let you know that you are beautiful in the eyes of the Lord, and he wants you to delight in what He made you to be. Still, I know the road is not easy. I have experience not wanting to look at pictures of myself or thinking that I looked a certain way, when years later I revisited those times in my life and saw that my perception of myself was way, way off. I know it doesn't seem that way now, but I do pray that the Lord will direct your path toward one of fullness and joy in being his precious daughter. That means accepting who you are, whether that is far from the world's standard or not. Along with the other reply, I do not want to tell you what you probably already hear. You have to believe it for yourself. I urge you to focus on the attributes of yourself which can be of service and delight to others- our bodies cannot provide that in the way our giftings can.

In Him,
Julie

love yourself
by: mama linda

Hey. I've been where you are right now. Never thinking good of yourself and not believing what others see in you.you have to really look in that mirror and tell yourself that you are fine as you stand! Only you can lift yourself up..Dont compare yourself to others because you are one of a kind !Dont worry, you will realize the true beauty you possess. So hold your head up and enjoy what god has given you.
