Hi, I would like to write a bit of my own struggles here but I also want to add how much your book and bible study book has also helped me. Thank you so much for making such helpful and true resources available for download. It is the first time that I ever felt that I was touched so deeply. And I feel like true healing, from the inside out is actually happening for me too!

I'm 19 now, but ever since I was in grade 7 I struggled with accepting the way I looked. It all started when I gained a lot of weight due to emotional eating. I never even spoke or even ever gave the word "fat" ever much meaning in my life. Not until other kids gossipped and bullied me for being fatter than most of them. What's funny is, I was actually almost unweight, but all because I gained too much weight, and felt pressured socially and so on, this word "fat" and all the other words, like diet, carbs, fats started to rule my world. And I've gone through bulimia, binge eating, self-injury and so many emotional problems that went in the way of connecting with other people at all. This went on for so long, even after I met friends who taught me true friendship and the beauty that radiates from really truly loving yourself. And yet, all that ever came first in my mind was that I have to lose weight. That I MUST lose weight or else I would never love myself. And that I'd never feel happiness.

I found a desire to find true joy and peace in life in God's love for me and not in my appearance and what I have. Your book and the stories of all these other girls has been really mentoring me and leading me in a path that I feel in my heart that it's the true way to really living my life!! Thank you so much! <3
