Thank you for this poem

I have been going through a very deep depression lately and have been feeling like I really don't measure up at work, at home or in my family. My self esteem was so low, I chose to cut myself to deal with the constant pain. I was like everyone else who is a cutter. I was not choosing suicide. I just wanted the pain to stop.

I came across your poem accidentally while doing a search. I almost exited out of it, but God told me to just read through it once. Just once. So I did. I almost cried. I guess I knew I meant a lot to God, but I never thought of myself as a princess. This poem caused me to realize that I am important and I do mean something to someone.

Thank you so much for writing this poem. I am slowly coming out of the depression. It might take a while, but I will fight. I will fight to find the peace I now know I deserve.

May God richly bless you and I hope others will find comfort in this poem.
