Obsession. takes. over.

When I was younger, I was so obsessed with what people thought of me that I would spend all my money on makeup and starve myself. Later in life I was diagnosed with clinical depression and anorexia. Now a days, it brings tears to my eyes when I see any child that starves themselves. They should know what is happening to them will ruin their future.

Dear God,
please bless this girl in her struggles to overcome the memories of her past. And help her to reach out and provide help to those who are in the same, if not a similar situation to her own. And God, i thank you for blessing her with the ability to overcome her demons and become a person who feels compassionately and emotionally about those younger than herself.

I'm sorry to hear that happens to you. And I pray that you are better for it. I also struggled with a eating problem at a young age and wanted to die. But I could never tell anyone. As I got older god gave me the strength to sto being so destructive and use my energy to do something good. Not everyday is perfect but it's better than it use to and is getting better and it will get better for you too. Forgive yourself and god will forgive you too. It happend and it's going to make you a stringer better person for it. Everything happens for a reason good or bad and god tests us and challenges us because he knows were strong and be better for it in the end. I will be praying for you.
