Modest alternatives to shorts

It seems that the only shorts I've been able to find in years past were far too short, and exposed too much leg for my liking.

However, I was extremely glad to see in the past couple of years the increasing popularity of Bermuda Shorts. These shorts come all the way down to your knees, and are sold in many colors and patterns, and they are sold by many popular stores, making them easy to find.

Another more modest alternative is Capris, which range in length from just below the knee to the middle of the shin. You can also find Gaucho Capris, which are fantastic for those of us trying to be modest. The widely flared legs give the illusion of a skirt with the comfort of pants.

These alternatives are a lifesaver in the summer, allowing me to stay cool and modest at the same time.
