Help with cutting myself

I have a bit of a problem with cutting myself cause of relationships and my family and wanting to be perfect. I have read your advice but for some reason i want to tell some one about my problem but i cant seem to find the right person to trust except for you cause your the only person i really trust with telling this too.

Do you have any suggestions on who i can tell? Like a bff or an ex-boyfriend that still has feeling for me and i have feelings for still.

Cutting
by: Jess

Unfortunately i can't tell you who to tell. It's really just who you feel comfortable with. I will always be here to listen.

If you are seeking someone already in your life I would just say go with your gut feeling or possible try to find professional help. Telling your parents is a wise decision. As hard as it may be, they need to know because they will help you.
