YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL JUST THE WAY YOU ARE!!!! God designed you and fashioned you by His hand! Please don't do this to yourself. We all love you too much!! I promise you that you are beautiful, no matter what your weight!!

Oh my dear! Do you not see the beauty in yourself, after all the lies that you have been told, can you not see them for what they are? They are lies my dearest. I too listened to those lies, I was anorexic for four years. I want you to see your true beauty. You are precious in the eyes of the Lord, a precious jewel in fact. He sees your lovely warming heart, and He cries that you are unable to be happy with His most precious creation. Dearest, I say to you, call out to Him, ask him to show you your own beauty, ask Him to show you what He and so many others see <3
I love you <3

You're not fat

I can promise you that you are not fat. It must hurt really bad when people call you mean names. Just remember that God knows your beautiful. He made you and God makes NO mistakes. I sometimes think that i'm not very pretty too but it helps to know that my God (and yours) says that we are his beautiful creation.

"The King is enthralled by your beauty; honor Him, for he is your Lord."
Pslams 45:11

Dream and explore
by: Tatiana

Mindi,

Understand what you are going through. Children are often cruel to each other, especially when they feel that you are a sensitive and vulnerable person. Rather than to blame them for being mean, look at it from another point. Learn that some people would not be able to appreciate you no matter how beautiful and charming you are. Do not waste your time trying to earn their respect. Learn that some girls would say mean things to you when they envy and secretly admire you. Learn that some bad things/events that happen to us in the course of life are never meant by God to hurt or punish us, but to direct us on the way of becoming a better and stronger person.

Other people in your life would love, accept and admire you just for who you are, without any effort on you side. They will not expect anything in return, they will support you when you have problems and share your joy.

It will probably seem odd to you now if I say that you have to learn to accept yourself, your beauty and your imperfections. Do not think that you are “not beautiful”, do understand that you have not taken time yet to explore yourself and understand your strongest points and your small imperfections (everyone has them, but some of us learn to use them to their advantage).

“Beauty is an attitude. There's no secret... There are no ugly women – only women who don't care or who don't believe they're attractive.” (Estee Lauder, http://www.famous-women-and-beauty.com/estee-lauder-biography.html).

Something else...
Anorexia is wrong, because it is the disease of self-denial. What makes it worse, it is an addiction.

Life is full of surprises and adventures, even if you fail to see it at this point of time. Learn, read and explore and you will be able to see more.

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
- Mark Twain
