"God are you there?"

by Abbey
(PA)

My life is so confusing right now. My family and I just moved to PA, and we are already moving again. This isn't the first time something like this has happened though.

It seems very constant. I look through the midst of all this tragedy and find myself asking, "God are you there?" why would God put me through something so painful.

Never having the same home for more than two years, up's and down's with money, and just plain struggles with faith.

But you know this is all to make me stronger. I luv music, I pour my heart and soul into it. Mostly writing songs. I have big dreams one day, dreams for using my talents for God, because I know I can. I'm just waiting for him to open that door.

So my prayer to all those teens out there who feel like giving up on anything cuz it's obvious God's not there, is to pull through it. Because I know that God won't bring you to it, without bringing you through it. I know God will deliver me from this hard time.

So just don't give up, because if you allow God to come into your life and transform it, you have no idea what He can do with you.

Never, Never, Never Give Up
by: Shelley

Winston Churchill had a famous speech that was just 5 words...."Never, Never, Never Give Up." Those words seem to summarize your story right now, Abbey.

Isaiah 43:2 says, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze."

2 Corinthians 4:7-9 "But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all‑surpassing power is from God and not from us. We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair;persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed."

These verses are a good reminder that God will be with us during the hard times. Struck down, but not destroyed!

Keep us updated, Abbey on your music ventures and how your move goes.
