I really need to be thinner and just eating healthier and excercising isn't enough so ive been starving myself but im not sure if i should continue because i dont want to kill myself

Anorexia is NEVER the answer

If, for medical reasons, you need to lose some weight, you should (seriously) consult your Doc or a Nutritionist who specializes in healthy weight loss. They can help you come up with a plan that will work for you.

If you are at a healthy weight already, you should consider the reasons you feel like you need to diet. Please don't compare yourself to those around you. Find and maintain YOUR perfect, healthy weight.
