I've heard that if you write out 5 things you are thankful for each day, it can change your entire outlook on life. And I tried it! I kept a notebook by my bed and began to write out each day things to be thankful for today...no matter how big or how small.
And it changed my perspective.
It's so easy to focus on the negative things in life, the things that are going wrong. But, it takes an intentional effort to focus on the positive things in our lives.
